Geographically, Hintok River Camp is situated on one of the best spectacular spots on River Kwai River, Kanchanaburi province, Thailand. Hintok River Camp is not solely a unique tented camp, but also a historical site since our premise is located right on the Japanese military-based camp during the WW2.

“Hintok” is named after the area where the camp is located. Local people call “Hintok” (meaning “falling rock”) due to this particular area provides a great view of River Kwai River upon a cliff over the great river.
